In fair condition. the skirt has one call out on the back of the skirt on the band. It has some sort of fault I cannot figure out what it could potentially be I believe it could be from a clip on hanger but I am not positive. ! PLEASE SEE PICTURES IN THE LISTING ! The rest of the skirt is in good condition I have not found stains or rips. Size S Please note our house is PET friendly
