parts only unless you can trouble shoot the problem. you plug it in and it acts like it's charging but won't turn on just vibrates as if it is going to and then doesn't. have tried rebooting but not a factory hard reset-wilp leave to buyer. no water damage and lightly used. is partially unlocked and works with several carriers. fun yellow color.
