Wurlitzer's Remote Control and Auxiliary Equipment salesman catalog circa 1940

Vintage Wurlitzer's booklet featuring remote control and auxiliary equipment. Rare catalog would be an excellent addition to vintage jukebox automatic phonograph collection. The front and back cover are no longer attached. There are 6 unused order forms stapled to the inside back cover. I date this to around 1940 based on the models that are offered.
