@annabelle343 poshmark emailed me and they said to send the items back to you for a full refund. they are sending a shipping label. once you receive the items from me and the other buyer you can just post it and we will repurchase. the other buyer should also contact poshmark.

No not at all, the candle is sitting on my dining room table Lol. and I am in Illinois. But it may be from @ccaspike because she was the one who ordered the candle, so posh probably thinks that's what's coming back to you from her. @annabelle343

@ccaspike ok, that's what I thought. You sent me the lotions back from CA but email that posh sent said you sent the candle back. I was confused...posh made the mistake but we are all good. Glad you got your refund and we will get this all straightened out once everything gets back to me. Thanks for understanding! @foreverkaylin

Hey girls! I have been in contact with posh the last few days and they will not send me a shipping label to send it back. Idk how to go about this now. The only way I can get a shipping label is if I list your candle on my closet for $3 (that's the lowest it will let me) and she purchases it again and maybe she can somehow get refunded for the $3.

Since Poshmark provides the shipping label after the claim is approved, does the buyer (who got the wrong items) have to pay for any shipping at all when handing over the package to the USPS post office? Or is it just dropping it into the blue mail boxes they have? I’m sorry, I’ve never sent packages. I’ve only received them lol

@annabelle343 hi! i just did the same mistake i accidentally sen the wrong items. the buyer said she sent the wrong item and she wants me to send her correct item. i was just curious when i get the return does it refund her? she didn’t do it in the time frame so they released the payment but once i accept the return does she get her money back!
