kjabrahamson The skirt has seven sets of two snaps. At the largest it would be a circumstance of 44 inches, at the smallest it is 32 inches. The snaps are two inches apart. The length of the skirt is 12 inches. It was purchased at a half marathon race to be worn over shorts or leggings. It was hand made. I added a picture of it spread out all the way.
