@ncscarlinger hi! Sorry for the late response! So the flat measurement from the shoulder to the “waist” line is 14 inches and the width total is 25 inches with an adjustable tie under the wrap and a belt as shown in the picture! Unfortunately, no pockets 🙃 as for the material, the tag does not state what it is, but I did some research and it’s between a georgette/crepe material (if that makes sense 😅) let me know if you would like more photos 💖
