Wrangler Westward 626 Jeans Women's 30x32‎ Blue High Rise Boot Stretch Western

These jeans are NEW but marked IRREGULAR. I inspected it over and the only thing I noticed that might be out of the ordinary is the color dye seems a bit off near hip area and I also noticed waist does not seem to be symmetrical when laying flat. See photos where I measure the waist. Other than that the rest of the jean is in excellent condition.
