Wrangler Retro Light Denim‎ Pearl Snap Vest PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!

I'm going to be honest, I have no idea anything about this vest. So, if you have any info that you could give me, please let me know. I can not find another one like it. I don't know if it was handmade from another Wrangler shirt or what. There's no size tag, so I did put measurements in the pictures. There is some kind of "CULL" stamp on the inside, but you can't see it through the back. The tag says Wrangler Retro. From top to bottom is about 19 inches. From pit to pit is about 18 inches. From one shoulder to the other is about 12 inches. The bottom does have two knots, you can see all this in the photos. So please check out all the photos.
