Wrangler Black Cutoffs w/th studds all over!

Got them as a gift with some other pairs and they never fit. Brand new condition, like most of my items here. Even plastic is still attached. I would love them with UGGS & a lower back tank but They are just too small. You'll get many compliments for these, I promise! Good quality, thick fabric. Definetely Petite.
