This dress by Tabby is the 80s, maybe into the 90s itself! It appears to never have been worn and is in pristine shape, like it walked out of Coco Chanel's closet. Bright, vibrant royal blue gorgeousness is split with a white panel, adorned with designer lookalike gold buttons. Has original matching gold buckle belt. The fabric has minor stretch, has shoulder pads that could easily be removed if desired.
