Worthington Black and White Polka Dot Poplin Button Down Shirt

Purchased from JCPenney years ago. Worn maybe once. Sizing is true to fit but it has a fitted look. It’s not oversized like a lot of poplin shirts today. I can’t find the composition tag but it feels like it’s mostly cotton with some other synthetic blend. But to the touch it feels like a soft cotton. I do not try anything on.
