ash_gil @marta977 Yes! I wore this dress during my third trimester for photos! I believe I was 34 weeks! It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my bump! According to their website it says, “Runs true to size. Size up for advanced maternity due to the inverted waist.” The medium measurements are length 53.5, chest 33, sleeve 17.9, waist 29. The entire back on the dress is smocked! Hope this helps! It photographed so beautifully I would love for another mom-to-be to wear it!
