deitrich624 @shopwithshell06 The waist where the black and white starts is 16”. From shoulder to the waist (the black part) is 15”. 16” across at bust, but the material does have a little stretch. Entire length of dress from shoulder to floor is 61”. Skirt length from waist to floor is 46”.
