World Famous Clydesdales Hitch Lidded Beer Stein 2002

This lidded beer stein is titled World Famous Clydesdales Hitch Stein from Anheuser-Busch, Inc/Budweiser for Avon. The base is flared and has raised “jingle bells” around the bottom; smaller “jingle bells” form a band around the top edge. The stein lid features a pewter eagle with wings spread wide; inside the lid, there is a Dalmatian dog etched in the metal. The metal thumb lift is a Fleur de Lis and attached to the ceramic handle with metal hardware. The color picture in the center of the stein shows a team of Clydesdale horses pulling a wagon full of Christmas trees through a snow scene and over a bridge. Other than the eagle on the lid, I think the most striking feature of this Budweiser stein is the raised relief of the famous Anheuser Busch Clydesdales wagon team pulling the Budweiser/Anheuser-Busch wagon in a rich brown tones with a winter scenic background. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing that I can see. *Price includes shipping.
