Workout Empire's black mesh leggings. There's a lot going on here so strap in! - Only worn once. Did not fit me. - waist is 27inch and has stretch. - has mesh paneling up the front and back side of leg as indicated in pics. - unique ring detailing down the side by the ankle. - the left ankle there is a little fraying as seen in the last photo - discontinued I loved these but it just never fit!
