Wool tapestry handmade Mexico

Wool tapestry handmade Mexico given to me by a friend of decades! She regularly goes to Mexico and helps out with the spay and neutering clinic for animals on her downtime. She knows the guy that made this and it is online being sold between 165 and $265. This is one of a kind he had one in different colors that he made that is similar. That is online, I put it outside to take picture and some of the orange dye got wet and got on the corners. I do not know how to get the dye out if possible this would be an excellent window cover or even a very cool doormat but this is a piece of art and I really believe it should be on the wall Price reflects me leaving it outside while taking pictures and it raining. Very cool collectible and maybe you know how to get the orange dye out but I don’t… and wool may have shrunk ?
