jen_overstreet Right…none of this is wool. The Super Saver Red Heart is very itchy and probably the cheapest of all yarns so sorry to say. :( I get real wool yarn from Norway and its extremely expensive and soft for wool! Good luck but you would be better off donating it to your local Salvation Army. It’s not worth selling. Just my opinion but I own a small knit shop hun! Good luck! 🍀 I have turned into my own Gramma reading this back to myself!

jen_overstreet Well for one thing the label should tell you. And then if u are familiar with yarn or work with it a lot the texture and feel of them differ greatly. Wool is going to be very warm and can be a bit course but fine. Acrylic is plastic feeling to me but Ive been knitting since before I could write!

jen_overstreet And you Also get to know the brands and types like red heart super saver is always going to be the cheap acrylic yarn. You have to go to specialty stores to get 100% wool most of the time. Hobby lobby will have a little bit of wool yarn or mixed wool but not much.

jen_overstreet They have a yarn simply called Red Heart with Wool. Its got SOME wool in it. Its a blend of acrylic and wool but it says the name right on the front. Super Saver is always going to be acrylic hun. Hope that helps! Ask me anything anytime! Good luck!

baby2331 @1beautybug To tell you the truth I have no idea if it will shrink or not cause I have them for a while and I do not have time to do anything with them I can say yes because I had started knitting some of them but leave it it is still good it does not feel rough at all.
