angelasoloha @fashionhaute hi! The waist flat across is 12”. And the rise is also around 12” so it’s a high waisted pair. The pants are in great condition, although there is a small hole near the right pocket. The hole is smaller than the size of a pen tip so it’s not noticeable/it’s an easy fix. Let me know if you have any more questions!
