This is a nice smaller, and economical model of the flagship of the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD BARQUE EAGLE. The wooden and cloth sail ship model is 6"H x 6"L x 1 1/2"W. It features wooden construction with brass anchor chains. Wooden masts, cloth sails, loaded with details including the USCG stripes and a gold figure head on the bow!. The fifth photo shows a comparison of my 7" and 6" models. Perfect if you have a small shelf space. I was fortunate enough to tour the EAGLE back in the mid-80s when she put into Portland, Maine. If you ever have this chance don't pass it up. She comes with a brass plaque on the wooden stand. Fully assembled. These are great for table settings for any naval graduate.
