The dress does have a little stretch to it so can go a little bit larger than lay flat measurements due to the stretch. The dress is off the shoulder, but as my dress form doesn’t have arms, it is hard to show this. This dress is gorgeous, and due to it being fully sequined, does drop some sequins.
