These are in near perfect condition (in photos in looking like there are streaks but that's just a wrinkle and the lighting) the material is very thin and flowy but not see through I would say these are a mid-high rise as they sit right by my belly button finally they are quite flattering and fit well around waist with the legs being a relaxed fit
