More of a tunic sweatshirt and not tight at the waist. Also 4 inch cream bands at the wrist. Very comfortable very on trend and cute! Pit to pit is 26.5 inches. The front from shoulder to hem is 27 inches and the back is longer at shoulder to hem 29 inches, sleeves are 26.5 inches. Sweatshirt is oversized with a little bit of a baggy look. Really cute with straight leg or skinny jeans or leggings.
