Women’s teal floral dress. High low, new with tags- two spots, please‎ read. L

Cute women’s size large, teal and white with floral print high-low dress. Flowy, stretchy. Flutter cap sleeves. New with tags, but there are two spots on the front of the dress on the floral print. I have not tried to get them out as I didn’t want to wash the dress with tags on, so they will possibly come out with washing. Please see photos.
