Women’s super lightweight long sleeve sz L Tresics top

Please see all pics and message any questions the cuffs of the sleeves and along the bottom are frayed that is the style and it is slightly rolled up even though it’s hemmed at the bottom you can see that the style. It looks like it’s been cut, but that is all by the manufacturer. This has not been altered at all. Thanks
