New without tag and thats how it came from store in plastic bag with tags on the plastic. Beautiful one of a kind coat/jacket. Made of Premium Cotton & Polyester blend. Its too big for me and its too late to return it back to the store unfortunately. I have ordered smaller size of it for myself. Retailed at $329
