Womens sailor Halloween costume

Women's Halloween costume, sailor costume. Has tags but I wore it once for a photo and it has been sitting in my closet for years, so the buttons don't look 100% shiny. I've included photos, but it will look totally fine when wearing it! Size medium but I believe it would fit a small better. The pit to pit measurement is 17.5 inches I will ship it asap so it gets to you by Halloween!
