Women's medium racerback tank top decree it is like a light blue tealish color

I love this tank top it's like brand new I've had it for a long time but I kept a nice always wanted to wear it there is no tags because every time I would wear it you just seems like for a medium it's way long it's super long on me and I wear a smaller and medium but it's got like reflecting I wouldn't say sequins but some kind of weird little things all over the front of it I like fish scales that's why I bought it cuz I thought it was unique. but it is like brand new it's been sitting in my closet it doesn't have tags
