Women's jacket or short fog/rain coat (maybe size 12)

Great quality jacket or short fog/rain coat. Unmarked, I believe this is a size 12. Measures 17" across the shoulders, and 24" across, just below the arms. Sixty percent cotton, 40 percent polyester. Brown lining.
