Women’s denim high rise shorts

High rise cuffed jean short shorts. Light wash. Distressed front. Cannot be unrolled. Stretchy denim material. New with tags. Bought from a boutique. They are mediums but not really. I usually wear mediums or 6/8 in jeans but these are too small on me so more like a small. Rise is 11” Waist is 11.5” laying flat
