Replace the waistband and BAM you’ve got a new witchy, gothic skirt, perfect for fall. Or just use the fabric. It’s kind of lacy and very pretty. It’s got a dark academia/gothic vibe. Could be great for Halloween. Most of the fabric is in good condition, there is minimal wear and tear on it, but pilling in some spots, such as along the top of the waistband.
