Women's Y2K Junior XL Dress Sheer Black Romantic Floral Fairy Flutter Sleeves

This is a junior size XL summer dress by Hot Kiss. It's made from all rayon semi-sheer fabric and it has a slightly textured pleating in the skirt. The flutter sleeves are ruffled past the opening of the sleeve. One side has a hidden zipper that goes from the waist, but does not reach to the bottom.  There are 2 belt loops that do not have a belt. The approximate measurements are: 21" chest & 34" length.
