Women’s XXL Blue shimmering mermaid scales long skirt

Beautiful long skirt with fitted top tier and flared lower tier. Wear it long or pull it up to make it shorter- I wore it pulled up to my ribs to look like a mermaid bodice for Halloween. Material is stretchy and comfortable. Size 2XL but I feel like it would fit a 3XL also. Worn once Excellent condition. Great for Halloween or cosplay.
