the_sage_store @caprice570 hello! The material isn’t lifted. But it’s a soft synthetic material like a soft fake wall almost? But a little bit more lightweight. There’s very minor scratching on the buttons. Not obvious from a few feet away, but if you close up, you can see the scratches. I tried to include some photos. Otherwise in great condition!
