There is no fiber content listed in the hat, but it appears to be acrylic, as it is very soft. The hat measures approximately 8 inches high, and 10 inches across the bottom of the band, unstretched. The mannequin the hat is displayed on has a small head. The hat fits the mannequin with some extra room, so it appears that this hat would be best suited for a small or medium head.
