Vintage Tess Petites button-up blouse with long sleeves and gently padded shoulders. tagged size 10P Made in Hong Kong. I feel like this appears bright white with flash but it’s deffinitly a little off white. In the last picture I showed it compared to a shirt that’s bright white with and without flash.
