Womens Vintage IC Isaacs Blouse Size 12 Large Cream Burgundy Embroidered Floral This is a Women's Vintage button down top by I.C. Isaacs. The top is a lovely shade of cream, with burgundy embroidered flowers down the front. It has a collar, and buttons at the wrist cuffs. It is a size 12 (or Large). It has intact shoulder pads. The blouse is made from 60% Polyester, and 40% Rayon. It is in good condition (no rips, or stains).  Measurements are approximate, but I do try my best! Please use these measurements to ensure a good fit before purchase: 26" top of shoulder to bottom hem, 18" under arm to under arm. Smoke free. Good Condition.
