Women’s V-Neck Sequin Top with elastic cuffs and waist NWOT

This would be a great top for rodeo, Mardi Gras, or going out. It has an elastic cuffs and waistband so it sits on your hips and makes a bell sleeve. It’s super cute just a little big for me. It is a women’s medium but is generously sized. It has never been worn.
