Women's Tweed Pocket Mini Skirt

My mistake is your gain. Accidentaly bought this skirt in a size 8. Found this skirt is my size but didn't fit(because it runs kind of small) and I assumed this was the next size up because the hanger was labeled with the size I was looking for. Well I bought this on last act from Macy's and was unable to return it. Never worn, tags attached.
