It has openings to put a bra pad in if you want, but it doesn’t come with any pads in it. (See 8th pic). I do not know the brand of this. Chest has a wrap style that attaches to each side (see 3rd and last pic). Halter style tie neck to adjust to how you would like it. Has ruched drawstring sides for a neat fit. Beautiful tropical floral print with beautiful colors throughout. Pair this with any style and color bottoms you want! Great stretch! Fabric content is 82% Polyester, 18% Spandex.
