Women’s Top from Umgee size large NWOT

Adorable women’s top size large. New with no tags , never been worn. Has elastic at neckline so can be worn on or off shoulders and tie closures on each sleeve. Measures (lying flat) approx 20” from armpit to armpit and 23” from shoulder to bottom hem .
