This is a sheer coverup that could work for a bathing suit- but it is an amazing outfit over a white shirt on game day. You could use a tank top or a turtleneck depending on the weather. It is a one size fits all- since it fits like a loose poncho. I used my yardstick to get the sleeves to expand . Its a wonderful piece. I cant see any snags- gone thru it twice.
