Women's Tan Jacket with White Trim

It does not have belt loops, does have belt, and no buttons. Suppose this was made to drape over your shoulders to keep warm and use belt to tighten if so desired. 90% polyester and 10% wool. A bit on the heavy side and by that I mean very cozy and warm.
