Women's Talbots Vest Size M Black Polka Dot Quilted

This is a pre-owned Talbots vest, size M. The vest is black with white polka dots and features a quilted pattern. It has a full zipper closure, a stand-up collar, and two zippered pockets. The shell, lining, and fill are all 100% polyester. There are some loose threads on the left shoulder. Made in Vietnam.
