Women’s Sz XL Flowy Short-sleeve Blouse (Cold-Shoulder or not)

This is a pretty women’s short-sleeve flowy blouse in size XL (14/18 will fit). Brand is Sweet Lindsey & is made of man-made materials (polyester I believe) There isn’t a tag on it….I don’t know if it fell off or I cut it off at one point if it was scratching me. It is fun to wear with the elastic around the neck to give you the option to wear it just like on the mannequin or you can pull it down & wear it on your shoulders like a cold-shoulder top.
