Cute short sleeve Kirundo dark navy blue empire waisted dress in washable polyester fabric. Fully lined fun style with little fabric puffs across entire dress. The empire style gives that flirty look and comfort we want. I've included pictures for measurements. Although it's labeled L to me it appears larger than that.
