This is a cute plaid skirt by Forever 21, in a womens small. Can accommodate a junior as well. My granddaughter went through a growing spurt, and never had a chance to wear it before outgrowing it :( This skirt has been washed but never worn. Not a bright red. More of a deep brick red plaid. Pleated. Button closure with a 6 inch hidden side zipper. Absolutely no flaws. Minimal wash wear, if any. 100% polyester.
