Women's Reversible All Weather Cloak XL

This is a quality garment. This is also a versatile piece of outdoor wear suitable for several types of weather. It has a detachable hood, 2 deep front pockets and a flattering drape to it. I didn't know whether to call it a cloak or a poncho but you get the idea. It is going to provide enough warmth for winter weather. The size is XL but is suitable for size 12-2XL. If it fits in the shoulders, it will fit elsewhere and that measurement is, shoulder to shoulder across the back 16.5". All buttons are secure. It is clean and in excellent/new condition.
