From my closet, this skort is so pretty and bright. made of smooth knit in gorgeous colors. lower part of the skirt is inverted pleats with white stretch bicycle shorts. White shorts have an inseam of 5". No pockets. pull on flat elastic waist of 21" across and a length of 18". I only wore one season and it is in excellent shape. no snags
