thegiftshoppe @runner247 I measured out the size 6 above, and it measures about 30-31" around the waist, has some elastic to it. Size 6 about 28.5"-30", and size 2 is about 27-28" around the waist. Size 0 would probably be 26-27".

thegiftshoppe @runner247 I would either go size 0 or 2 with a 24-26" waist, depending if you like them a little snug or loose
