Women's Poncho with Fringe Arms

Absolutely adorable women's navy Poncho with fringe arms and tie back. No tags to indicate size or brand but I feel safe saying it's likely a one size fits all. I'm a small and my mother in law is a Large-XL and we can both wear it but it just hits differently on our bodies (obviously). Smoke free, pet friendly home.
